Hurts

It shouldn't. If the guy doing you is careful and concerned about your happiness and pleasure, it shouldn't hurt at all. If he sexes you up first and preps you properly it should be painless.  My first time didn't hurt. Mind you, the earth didn't move either.  That came later!
