My spring haiku:
Sacred ibisesMy lady's haiku in response:
Wings whispering slow grey silk
In a blue spring sky
Cat rolls in spring sunand my daughter's:
Dizzy abandon, dog more
Wary, winter aged.
Tiny animals
Unfurl themselves to the dawn
As the sun rises
You inspire me -- I haven't written haiku in ages. Maybe that's a good way to get back into writing my own stuff -- good discipline.
ReplyDeleteThanks -- these are very nice.
Thank you, Robert. Maybe I should start a tourney for stories of less than 100 words. They're good for stimulating the juices, too.
